A 50% deposit is required with receipt of order and the full balance is due on completion.

All Goods remain the property of Mobile Home Services Ltd until full payment is received.

Please ensure, before ordering, that you have permission from the Park Operator / Owner.

Please note that any electrical, gas or water supplies that need relocating will be the responsibility of the customer. If any supplies need to be relocated, you will be advised.

All veranda prices are priced on a maximum height of 27" from the ground - if higher than 27", a 10% supplement applies.

All fencing is priced up to 1 metre high with posts at 2 metre intervals. If you require fencing at a greater height, contact us for a bespoke quotation.
