Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required with receipt of order and the full balance is due on completion. All goods will remain the property of Mobile Home Services Ltd unit payment is received in full.

All new veranda installations carry a 5 year guarantee. Verandas extensions and all other products carry a 1 year guarantee. Your invoice is your guarantee. The product guarantee is not valid if any alterations of any kind are not carried out by Mobile Home Services Ltd or a contractor approved by Mobile Home Services Ltd.

lf lights are ordered, we only supply the lights fitted to the specified post with a route for the cable. Any connections to be carried out by other contractors.

Any alterations to the caravans services such as stop taps, drain down points, water, electric etc is the responsibility of the owner to have relocated before installation begins.
Failure to do this will delay the installation by the specified date.

Please note that while we try to ensure the park operator/owner will permit an installation to go ahead, it is ultimately the caravan owners' responsibility to ensure before ordering that you have full permission from the park operator/owner to proceed.

 DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE INSTALLATION IS UNDERWAY.

All veranda prices are priced on a maximum height of 27" from the ground - if higher than 27", a 10% supplement applies.

All fencing is priced up to 1 metre high with posts at 2 metre intervals. If you require fencing at a greater height, contact us for a bespoke quotation.
